CANCELLATION POLICY This is our cancellation policy for our KUNLUN Seminars & Retreats unless otherwise noted. For more specific info on the KUNLUN Mexico Retreats, click here.
If You Cancel Fees are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, minus a $25 processing fee.
You may cancel or reschedule a class two weeks (15 days +) prior to the class at no charge. If cancellation occurs with 6 - 14 days prior to the class dates, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the class price PLUS 50% of the class price. If you cancel five (5) days or less prior to the class dates there is no refund.
If you are eligible for a partial or full refund, you may use it as a "personal credit" and transfer your personal credit to be used within 18 months for any Portland Kunlun School event and/or service. However NO refunds in the form of payment will be made if you cancel within 14 days prior to the start of your reschedule class. Once the funds are credited from one class to another, the funds must remain as credit (not refunds) in further transactions.
If We Cancel On rare occasions, we must cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified prior to the event and full refunds will be issued by the way it was received. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees you’ve already paid. Portland Kunlun School is not responsible for airline tickets (get insurances), other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties that you may incur as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow 30 days for us to start processing any refunds or credit changes.
