WEEKLY KUNLUN CLASSES

EVERY SUNDAY:

(tea, questions & conversations after class)

GENERAL CLASS INFORMATION
- Please come on time / arrive 5-10 min early.
- Dress in loose comfortable clothing & bring water.
- Please do not wear any perfume, scents & oils.
- Eat something light before practice.
- A smile is the most important thing you can bring
with you to class, this helps proper flow of energy.
