♥ Releases emotional & energetic blockages ♥ Increase of measurable bio-electric energy by up to 10 fold ♥ Resolution of various ailments, chronic and acute ♥ Rejuvenate the organs, skin, hair and other soft tissues, the eyes shine bright ♥ Remove past limitations, fears & traumas, uncovering an awareness of the underlying cause ♥ One's original childlike blissful nature unfolds effortlessly as the one truth is revealed through experience of essence ♥ Unlocks spontaneous healing and "supernatural" abilities (opening siddhas) ♥ Regaining a true sense of empowerment & wholeness as illusions fall away... true clarity of mind. ♥ Awakens a euphoric blissful feeling that becomes persistent as biochemical and neurological pathways in the brain are restructured ad endorphin production increases naturally |
Experience the Energy...
Through the experience of oneself as energy, we learn of our true nature. Integrity (wholeness), harmony (dynamic rhythmic arrangement) and clarity (radiance of mind) are the marks of this nature. With proper practice we begin to truly feel at home in the universe. We arrive where we started, with a supple body, clear mind, a fearless nature and an original childlike sense of wonder and joy. The KUNLUN Method is a unique experience for each individual. Many people experience extreme bliss from the first moment, others may weep deeply. Some will scream, some will laugh hysterically, some will speak in tongues, feeling very hot (psychic fire), some get cooling sensations, while others may not. The key to successful practice lies in a deep surrender of letting go

5 Elements Qigong
The
5 elements qigong is of the Maoshan Taoist lineage in China. This
standing practice consists of a combination of postures organized
according to the five elements creative cycle. This is an alchemical
qigong utilized for balancing and refining the vital energy (chi) and
the musculoskeletal system of the practitioner. Typically these
postures are held for 7 minutes each in order to derive benefits.
This type of exercise is remarkable in that strengthens the bones, tendons, connective tissues and nerves unlike typical western exercises which focus mainly on muscles. Practitioners develop great strength, both inner and outer, without becoming bulky and slow. Because the postures are all done symmetrically any pre-existing imbalances in strength and efficiency can be corrected.
Each exercise corresponds to an element in the Chinese 5 Elements Creation Cycle and each element with an organ. Wood with liver, fire with heart, earth with spleen, metal with lungs and water with kidneys. The exercises not only serve to balance the health of the organs but the associated emotions as well. Much cheaper than psychotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture and more. It is far easier to prevent illness than to cure it.
